By using this website, submitting information, activating a vehicle QR, using the mobile experience, or interacting with CarbiQR through a partner showroom, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and current details when submitting inquiries, placing direct orders, activating profiles, updating vehicle details, or using any QR-linked feature. If information provided by you is false, incomplete, or misleading, service activation, notifications, delivery, or support quality may be affected.

3. Subscription plans and pricing

• CarbiQR currently offers category-based plans such as car and bike yearly subscriptions tied to a physical QR sticker linked with a real vehicle.
• Illustrative pricing shown on the website includes Rs. 399 for car plans and Rs. 299 for bike plans, unless revised later.
• These plans are part of a physical QR-based vehicle workflow and are not standalone digital-content, virtual-goods, or app-only subscription purchases.
• Pricing, features, physical QR stock availability, and promotional offers may change for future purchases, renewals, direct orders, or partner-led campaigns.
• Activation may depend on successful payment, verification, completion of required profile details, and availability of a valid QR flow.
• Certain plans or product rules may limit how many active vehicle profiles can be linked under a particular user subscription at a given time.

4. QR and platform usage rules

• The QR must only be used for the vehicle or profile for which it was issued or activated.
• You must not misuse the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful contact attempts, spam, false move requests, false tow requests, or false claims.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the website, connected systems, or other users' data.
• Public QR scan actions are intended only for genuine vehicle-related communication or support needs and must not be used to annoy, threaten, or repeatedly target an owner.
• Vehicle-number updates, profile activation, and related records must reflect genuine vehicle information. If a number is temporarily unavailable, any pending or new-vehicle flow must still be used honestly.
• Any use that harms the credibility, safety, or proper functioning of CarbiQR may result in suspension or termination.

5. Showroom and partner responsibilities

If you access CarbiQR as a showroom, dealer representative, service partner, or business operator, you are expected to use the system only for authorized customer engagement, onboarding, support, service continuity, reminders, offer workflows, and operational reporting. Partner teams must not misuse customer data, create misleading records, send unauthorized promotions, or communicate outside approved business purposes.

Showroom access may be restricted, suspended, or closed where misuse, policy breach, fraud, payout-related concerns, security issues, or verified operational complaints are identified. A showroom closure request submitted from the app may be reviewed before access is deactivated.

6. Payments, direct orders, cancellation, and support

Subscription-related issues, direct order issues, activation clarifications, delivery concerns, or payment support must be raised through official CarbiQR support channels. Any cancellation, renewal, refund-related outcome, or direct-order support resolution may depend on the specific plan status, activation stage, shipment status, payment verification, and applicable support review at the time of the request.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay. CarbiQR may rely on payment verification results, fraud checks, and order-status records before granting or continuing access to particular features or services.

Paid access under these flows is intended for physical QR issuance, activation, renewal, replacement, and related vehicle-linked support services rather than standalone digital-only consumption.

7. Availability and limitations

We work to keep the website and related services available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed at all times. Features may be updated, paused, improved, or withdrawn as part of product, operational, legal, or technical changes.

CarbiQR is intended to improve convenience, service continuity, and communication workflows, but it does not replace personal judgment, independent verification, towing authority decisions, police services, roadside assistance providers, insurance advice, or emergency services where urgent action is required.

8. Suspension or termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, policy violation, harmful activity, repeated false requests, payment abuse, partner misconduct, or operational abuse affecting the platform, users, or partners.

User accounts may also be removed where an in-app deletion request is completed, subject to any limited record retention that may be required for legal, payment, security, or dispute purposes.

9. Changes to these terms

CarbiQR may update these Terms and Conditions as our services evolve. The revised version becomes effective when posted on this website and applies to future use of the platform.
