1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website, submitting information, activating a vehicle QR, using the mobile experience, or interacting with CarbiQR through a partner showroom, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and current details when submitting inquiries, activating profiles, or using any QR-linked feature. If information provided by you is false, incomplete, or misleading, service activation or support quality may be affected.
3. Subscription plans and pricing
- CarbiQR currently offers category-based plans such as car and bike yearly subscriptions.
- Illustrative pricing shown on the website includes Rs. 399 for car plans and Rs. 299 for bike plans, unless revised later.
- Pricing, features, and promotional offers may change for future purchases, renewals, or partner-led campaigns.
- Activation may depend on successful payment, verification, and completion of required profile details.
4. QR and platform usage rules
- The QR must only be used for the vehicle or profile for which it was issued or activated.
- You must not misuse the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful contact attempts, or false claims.
- You must not attempt to interfere with the website, connected systems, or other users' data.
- Any use that harms the credibility, safety, or proper functioning of CarbiQR may result in suspension or termination.
5. Showroom and partner responsibilities
If you access CarbiQR as a showroom, dealer representative, service partner, or business operator, you are expected to use the system only for authorized customer engagement, onboarding, support, service continuity, and operational reporting. Partner teams must not misuse customer data, create misleading records, or communicate outside approved business purposes.
6. Payments, cancellation, and support
Subscription-related issues, activation clarifications, or payment support must be raised through official CarbiQR support channels. Any cancellation, renewal, or refund-related outcome may depend on the specific plan status, activation stage, and applicable support review at the time of the request.
7. Availability and limitations
We work to keep the website and related services available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed at all times. Features may be updated, paused, improved, or withdrawn as part of product, operational, legal, or technical changes.
CarbiQR is intended to improve convenience, service continuity, and communication workflows, but it does not replace personal judgment, independent verification, or emergency services where urgent action is required.
8. Suspension or termination
